Criteria

REACT 2019 is open for participants, residents of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo*, Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro between 19-30 age (no need to be students),  scholars, researchers & experts working in think tanks and academic institutions, practitioners, young members of political parties etc

REACT 2019 is taught in English. Applicants are expected to be proficient in the use of English.
